EXOstencil® Screen Prep Paper

A Revolutionary, Environmentally Friendly, “Chemical Free” Screen Set Up Solution

How Can EXOstencil® and an OKI 9541WT Help Your Screen Printing Business?

Setting up a single screen for screen printing or silk-screening can as much as  one hour per screen. With Neenah Coldenhove’s EXOstencil® Screen Prep Paper and an OKI 9541 white toner printer, cut the screen prep time down to 10 minutes per screen.

EXOstencil® cuts your screen prep time dramatically. In addition, it eliminates the need for chemical emulsions, UV light, and drying time. Therefore, making your screen printing shop more eco-friendly while increasing productivity and efficiency.

EXOstencil® can be used with any laser printer, not only OKI digital transfer printers. However, the screen prep paper was developed with the OKI pro9541WT printers in mind and works best with them.

If you don’t already own an OKI printer, as a screen printer, EXOstencil® is definitely another reason to consider one. Minimize screen prep time and reduce chemical usage, and also accept smaller runs of a garment or more complex and colorful designs.

Dye-Sublimation Paper for Every Application

Jetcol DHS

Jetcol® DHS offers a way to print complex images with stunning quality onto hard surfaces faster than ever before. This revolutionary dye-sublimation paper is equipped with an innovative coating that keeps the ink on the surface of the paper. This leads to a reduction of transfer time while using less ink and offering a greater transfer yield. The result is a larger color gamut for brighter, more vibrant results.

Jetcol TA

Jetcol® Thermal Adhesive (TA) is a premium sublimation paper with a heat-activated adhesive that allows the paper to stick firmly to the textile during heat transfer. This prevents any “ghosting,” providing you with crystal clear transfers. Jetcol® TA can be used on traditional plotters as well as on today’s fast printers. Like all Jetcol® papers, Jetcol® TA has a high transfer yield for brighter, more vibrant colors.

Jetcol HTR3500

Jetcol® HTR3500 was developed to solve a quality challenge which occurs quite often in the dye sublimation industry, called “rivering”. We designed Jetcol® HTR3500 paper with a special coating that prevents gas build up between the paper and the textile. The result is a sublimation paper with high transfer yield leaving a very sharp image and reduces rivering waste up to 99%.

Jet-X

Many customers have plotters but also industrial printers with a slightly different type of ink, which require a different type of sublimation coating. The Jet-X® paper is designed to work optimally with all different types of water-based sublimation inks. The base structure of the paper and the unique coating guarantee the brightest, most consistent colors across multiple runs regardless of the sublimation equipment.

The difference is in the science.

Our patented coating captures the ink on the surface, keeping it from absorbing into the paper fibers like other brands. The result is a more complete ink transfer during the heat process. Because the ink sits in the coating, and not in the fibers, you can reduce ink load by 40% and cut transfer time by 50%. Greatly improving production speed while reducing ink cost for brilliant, consistent color reproduction every time.

The precision dye sub papers from Neenah Coldenhove save you time, ink, and deliver high color gamut results.
